Delivery Policy

Hours and pickup Delivery runs daily 10am–8pm, with the last delivery order at 7:15pm. Outside delivery hours, choose the next available window at checkout. Store hours are daily 10am–8pm. Free in-store pickup is available at 1275 SW Flagler Terrace, Miami, FL 33135.

Delivery zones and fees Zone 1 — 33135, 33130, 33125, 33145: $3.99. Zone 2 — 33131, 33129, 33128, 33132, 33136: $5.99. Zone 3 — 33127, 33137, 33142: $7.99. Delivery has a $50 minimum and is free on orders of $100 or more. Outside these zones, choose free pickup. The current delivery fee and total appear at checkout; tips are optional.

ID and alcohol Every order requires a valid 21+ photo ID matching the order name at the door or pickup. Alcohol also requires an adult signature and cannot be left contactless. If ID verification fails, the order is returned rather than handed over.

Payment and packaging Pay on delivery or at pickup by card on the terminal only; when enabled, online card payment is required before preparation. Orders arrive in discreet, unbranded packaging.
