DRAFT — for the owner's lawyer to finalize before launch.

Who can order Smokin Bodega is for adults 21 and older. A valid photo ID showing you are 21+ and matching the order name must be checked at the door or pickup. If the ID check fails, the order cannot be handed over.

Alcohol orders Alcohol requires a 21+ ID check and an adult signature. No contactless drop-off is available for alcohol.

Ordering and payment Delivery is limited to the ZIP codes in our Delivery Policy. The checkout shows item prices, delivery fees, any discount and your optional tip before you place an order. Pay on delivery or at pickup by card on the terminal only; when enabled, online card payment is required before preparation. Free in-store pickup is available.

Packaging and questions Orders use discreet, unbranded packaging. For questions about an order, call (305) 735-4548. This starter draft needs a lawyer’s review of cancellation, refunds, returns and applicable product rules before launch.
