Information needed for your order We keep only the information needed to handle your orders: your name, phone, date of birth for 21+ eligibility, delivery address and ZIP when needed, and the items, totals and status of your order. If you create an account, we also use your sign-in email, saved details and Bodega Bucks activity for that account.

ID verification Your ID is checked at handoff. We never store ID photos or ID numbers.

Access and questions Your order information is used by the shop and, when assigned, the driver to fulfill your order. Guest status links are private: keep your link to yourself. Contact (305) 735-4548 with privacy questions. A lawyer must finalize retention periods, account/data requests and other required privacy details before launch.

Live delivery maps During an active delivery, the assigned driver shares only the latest location with that order’s customer and the owner. Live location is deleted when delivered or returned. Geocoding, map tiles and route estimates use external map services that may receive address coordinates. No location history is kept.
